are using FootPrints for e-mail and "Knowledge Base" support.
Click on the Footprints link, then enter your e-mail
address to register. Inside FootPrints you can
click on FAQs, explore the Knowledge Base, Submit
a Request, or View your previous Requests. A Request
might be a question, a complaint, a suggestion,
or a compliment.
